1. DATA CONTROLLER

2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS

Your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of handling and replying to any queries or inquiries that you may submit.

Likewise, in the event that consent is given by checking the box provided for this purpose on the form, your data will be processed for the purpose of managing the sending of information on products that may be of interest to you.

The legal grounds for both processing activities is the consent given by you to do so.

3.DATA COMMUNICATION

Your data shall not be assigned, sold, leased or in any other way whatsoever made available to third parties, except in the case of Fluidra Balkans JSC and FLUIDRA S.A service providers that render certain services to both companies but under no circumstances shall they process them for their own purposes. Likewise, your data may be shared with other entities of the FLUIDRA Group, although the data will be processed for the same purposes indicated, without prejudice to the additional information that each company may provide you with.

Some of these service providers may be based outside of the European Union, as stated in the section “International transfers”.

Fluidra Balkans JSC and FLUIDRA S.A, as a company with international outreach, has international service providers that may render their services from outside the EU, as a result of which it is possible that your data may be transferred outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area

In any event, Fluidra Balkans JSC and FLUIDRA S.A shall ensure that such data processing is protected by the appropriate safeguards, which may include:

- Standard clauses approved by the EU. These are contractual clauses approved by the European supervisory authority that provide sufficient safeguards to ensure that data processing complies with the requirements established by the European Data Protection Regulation.

- Third-party certifications. Frameworks or agreements between the EU and other countries that establish the standards for processing data in compliance with the European Data Protection Regulation.

5. DURATION OF PROCESSING

All data that you provide to us shall be processed for the time required to deal with your request or inquiry.

In the event that you have provided us with your consent for the processing of information regarding products that may be of interest to you, your data will be processed as long as you do not unsubscribe from the processing or until, Fluidra Balkans JSC and FLUIDRA S.A. may consider that you are no longer interested in receiving such communications.

Once the term stated in this section has come to an end, Fluidra Balkans JSC and FLUIDRA S.A. shall keep your personal data on record duly masked for statistical purposes or market surveys, provided this is possible, or duly locked in order to comply with any legal obligations to which the company is subject.

6. EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS

You may at any time withdraw your consent to your data being processed for any of the above purposes.

You make likewise exercise your rights of data access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing a letter addressed to Avda. Should you have any inquiries about how we process your personal data, or any other questions related to this matter, you may contact our Data Protection Officer at Avda.
